RETURN RULES  

 

At Easyeleganz , our goal is to consistently satisfy our clients. We provide simple returns. If any product you receive does not live up to your expectations, please contact us at contact@easyeleganz.com or pixelpulseitservicespvtltd@gmail.com and we will be pleased to assist you.  

 

Before accepting the package from the courier agency, we advise the customer to verify the product's quality and quantity against the invoice in case the outer packaging is damaged or altered.  

 

If there is an error, kindly note it as soon as you receive it.  

 

If there is a manufacturing defect, the product is damaged, or it was sent in error, please email us at contact@easyeleganz.com or pixelpulseitservicespvtltd@gmail.com.  

 

Please do not return any products until you receive an email confirmation fromEasyeleganz about the return. If you would like to return a product, email contact@easyeleganz.com or pixelpulseitservicespvtltd@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we have confirmed the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care representatives will provide you with instructions on how to return the mentioned product.  

 

While returning defective items to Easyeleganz , customers are liable for covering the entire cost of shipping in addition to any shipping costs they may have previously paid while receiving the goods from Easyeleganz .  

 

Items that are defective must be returned toEasyeleganz in their original packaging, together with the invoice and a copy of the receipt that has been carefully sealed. Please return your order by following the guidelines that the customer support team sent you at the time of return confirmation.  

 

It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to make sure that any damaged goods are delivered to Easyeleganz securely.  

 

When a consumer returns items, Easyeleganz will inspect them for any defects or differences that the customer has complained about, and if necessary, swift corrective action will be taken.  

 

In the event that inspection of the products, invoice, or purchase receipt indicates that the client was the source of the error, Easyeleganz will, at the client's expense, make the necessary corrections.  

 

REFUND  

 

In the event that your order is delivered broken, defective, or wrong, Easyeleganz will only reimburse your payment. Easyeleganz will not issue a refund if the item has been delivered in the color and size that the client requested at the time of ordering.  

 

If Easyeleganz made an error, you can return the product or get your money back, but only as shop credit. After we successfully initiate a refund, banks usually take 5-7 business days to process it.
