SHIPPING
Depending on where you want your order delivered, shipping periods could be longer. We normally ship the purchased items within 48 working hours, and a courier will bring them to your door in 3–8 working days from the shipping date
We will constantly keep you informed about the status of your order. Once your order has left our end, you will receive an email and an SMS with the shipment details, including the docket number and courier company.
Within 48 hours of delivery, the customer is required to inform us of any issues with the goods they received.
When the product is delivered, our courier partner will attempt two delivery attempts before returning the order to us if the customer is not available. Rearranging the delivery date and time to fit your schedule is easy—just get in touch with our customer support team.
CANCELLATION
Customers are only able to cancel orders up to 48 hours after they are placed. No cancellations will be accepted beyond 48 hours.
Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit. You can be sure that the balance will always be available for use whenever you want to go shopping.
The refund process can take up to five to seven (5-7) business days from the date of the cancellation request. Regular updates regarding the progress of your reimbursement will be sent to you.
